Shannen Doherty is in some hot water yet again.

The actress reportedly owes over $93,000 to City National Bank, RadarOnline.com revealed. Doherty's debt stems from failure to repay a bank loan and she's been summoned back to court for a second time over the matter.

Court papers were filed at the end of June.

This isn't the first time the former '90210' actress has had to deal with some serious financial issues. In 2010, Doherty faced a $44,000 tax lien on her California home -- just days before she was kicked off 'Dancing With The Stars.'

Money issues aside, it's an exciting time for the actress. She's set to wed photographer Kurt Iswarienko and will star in a WEtv reality series around her wedding planning and renovation of her Malibu home -- with her big walk down the aisle set to close out the first season.

The yet-to-be-titled show premieres in January.

Is that all? Sure you have to make the payments, but come on. Put that on a credit card and it has a minimum payment of something like $970 a month. It is all very simple; Open a spreadshee­t; Make two columns. Label one "Income;" Label the other "Expenses.­" Now, list how much you make in the first column; and how much gets spent in the other. Next manipulate the numbers until the sum total of the Income column is bigger than the sum total of the Expenses column. Then act to make those numbers a reality. Shannen, grow up! Stop acting like Congress.
